spike loves to pull himself up to the window and give long-winded speeches
every morning, waving his hands, bobbing his head, and stomping feet explaining how traffic infrastructure can be improved, the
manners of the city could stand some polishing in light of the 2010
expo, and perhaps how upcoming children's day on June 1st could use
some better balloons and a clown that is actually funny. last year's
event at the park was just a _travesty_.
